Weekends (Friday–Saturday): HUF 59,000 / night / house / 2 guests
Peak periods: HUF 69,000 / night / house / 2 guests
(Long weekends can only be booked for the entire period.)
Extra bed:
Children aged 0–3: Free of charge
(We provide a made-up cot, towel, high chair and baby bath seat.)
Children aged 3–18: HUF 5,000 / night / person
(Max. 2 children. Available only for guests under the age of 18. Sleeping arrangements are provided on a sofa bed.)
A minimum stay of 2 nights applies. Friday nights can only be booked together with Saturday night, including in the case of a Thursday arrival.
Transfer:
A transfer can be requested from the train station or bus stop and includes one stop at a local shop.
Price: HUF 5,000 / one-way trip (max. 3 guests)
Staying with dogs:
A maximum of 3 dogs are allowed. A one-time extra cleaning fee of HUF 5,000 applies, regardless of the number of nights.
Before arrival, a HUF 50,000 security deposit must be paid. The deposit is fully refundable if the dog(s) do not cause any damage to the property or garden.

Payment methods:
Bank transfer in advance or SZÉP Card (within 48 hours of booking).
Payment in instalments:
Within 48 hours of booking, 20% of the total amount must be paid as a non-refundable booking deposit. We will then contact you to agree on the schedule of the remaining payments.
The final instalment must be paid 30 days before arrival.
An administration fee of HUF 5,000 applies when choosing payment in instalments.
Gift card:
A personalised gift card can be requested free of charge with your booking.
(The gift card will be sent digitally as a JPG file.)
*Prices do not include the local tourist tax, which is HUF 500 / person / night. The tourist tax must be paid by bank transfer on the day of arrival. Guests under the age of 18 are exempt.

- Our guests have exclusive use of the entire house and garden. There will be no other guests or owners present during your stay.
- We are a dog-friendly accommodation.
- **BOOKING AND PAYMENT**
- **The guesthouse accommodates 2+2 guests.** **Extra bed:** We can provide sleeping arrangements on a double sofa bed for children under the age of 18 only. *(Family discount applies.)*
- After the booking confirmation email has been sent, you have **2 banking business days** to pay the full amount by bank transfer. The booking becomes final once the payment has been received. Please include the **name used for the booking and the booking dates** in the payment reference. If we do not receive a response to our offer and the payment has not arrived by the deadline, we will consider the booking request cancelled. The requested dates will no longer be held and will be made available for other guests to book.
- **Only guests who have been registered in advance are permitted to stay on the Zenkuckó property.**

CHECK IN-CHECK OUT
- *Check-in is available from 2:00 PM on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 10:00 AM on the day of departure.**
CANCELLATION POLICY
- **Up to 30 days before arrival, 100% of the amount paid can be converted into a gift voucher, which can be used at Zenkuckó within 1 year from the date of issue.**
- **For cancellations made 4–29 days before arrival, 50% of the amount paid can be converted into a gift voucher, which can be used at Zenkuckó within 1 year from the date of issue.**
- **For cancellations made 0–3 days before arrival, the amount paid is non-refundable and cannot be converted into a gift voucher.**
Guests use Zenkuckó and all of its facilities entirely at their own risk.
Parties, events, loud music and excessive noise are strictly prohibited.
